June 30, 2010 The Fitial Administration warned government employees that they œbetter be prepared for payless payday than have fake hopes. If paychecks arent issued tomorrow then they wont be issued until Tuesday July 6th because of the fourth of July holiday. The CNMI government has been borrowing money from the Commonwealth Development Authority to cover payroll and buy fuel for the CUC .
