Guam Delegate Madeleine Z. Bordallo on Thursday chaired an oversight hearing in the Natural Resources Subcommittee on Insular Affairs, Oceans, and Wildlife, regarding the effects of the oil spill resulting from the Deepwater Horizon rig explosion in the Gulf of Mexico.
