EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded a $400 million contract from the U.S. Department of Transportations Maritime Administration (MARAD) to provide program management and construction-phase services for the modernization and expansion of the Jose D. Leon Guerrero Commercial Port in Guam.
