FEDERAL detainees can be pulled out of the Department of Corrections facility if any federal agency has no confidence in the CNMI governments ability to detain them, according to Corrections Commissioner Ramon C. Mafnas.
Tyron Farley Reyes Fitial, 24, is a federal detainee and œhe will not be released by the CNMI Department of Corrections under any circumstance unless ordered by the U.S. District Court judge, Mafnas said in an e-mail to the Variety.
