A 21-year-ancient man was arrested on Friday evening and authorities were still pursuing two suspects, including a Kagman High School student, who were involved in the kidnapping and rape of a KagHS student on Tuesday morning last week.
The victim told investigators that one of her attackers is also a KagHS student, while the other person was someone who always followed her and tried to walk with her to and from school.
