DESPITE the economic crisis and the other challenges that confronted the company right from the beginning, ITE on Wednesday renewed its promise to continue providing quality services and products to the people of the CNMI and Guam.
ITE president and CEO Ricky Delgado Jr. said the road when they started out with the company five years ago was not paved with roses.
When we started out, there were huge doubts if we could do the work because we were an untrained group of people who ventured out, but thanks to the joint effort of the whole team, we are now celebrating five years and striving to continue providing brilliant service to the people, Delgado said during the companys anniversary cocktail party at the Hyatt Regency poolside on Wednesday night.
ITE will continuously look to expand its services not only in the CNMI and Guam but throughout the Pacific and beyond, Delgado said.
ITE chairman Ricky Delgado Sr. in his message said that although their company is small, they are doing their best to provide satisfying and quality service to their clients.
Delgado Sr. said the success of the company did not happen by chance.
We all worked for it, and we take this chance to thank everybody on the team who joined our efforts to provide better communication services to the people, he said.
He commended the teamwork of his staffers and the CNMI government for their continuous support.
We owe our success for the past five years to the people and the government of the CNMI for their tremendous support, Delgado Sr. said.
Gov. Benigno R. Fitial expressed his appreciation for the Delgado family for braving the odds of economic hardships and for believing in the potentials of the islands.
We look forward to more success and delight in higher capacity broadband connection for the people, thanks to the contributions ITE has made to the CNMI, Fitial said.
Fr. Ryan Jimenez opened the celebration with an invocation, which was followed by the opening remarks from ITE executive vice president Larry Knecht.
Lucky guests went home with attractive prizes from the raffle draws. ITE marketing associate Brad Ruszala was the event host.
