Joe Camacho, as expected, won a majority of the early vote. The Covenant Party was the only political camp urging their supporters to vote early, and handed out $10 gas cards to everyone who did so.Camacho received 54.3% of the 1778 early votes.
The updated results as of 3:21 AM Chamorro Standard Time, with 42.0% of the votes counted (assuming 9000 votes):
392 Jesse Borja 10.4% 1400 Joe Camacho 37.0% 1390 Greg Kilili 36.7% 602 Juan Babauta 15.9%
Joe Camacho now holds a 10 vote lead over Kilili, but I expect that lead to evaporate once the next precinct is counted.Kilili held commanding leads in Precints 2, 6, and 7 and I predict those leads will be replicated in Precincts 1, 3, 4, and 5.
